Specifications
• The weighing is a continuous Electronic Weighing process. The weighing unit is installed in between the Drier Discharge Conveyor and the Cross feed Conveyor with Automatic recording system to total the entire Drier Output and has the facility to connect same to a computer at a later date.

• Accuracy is + or - 0.05% and is capable of Weighing approximately 750kg made tea per hour. Unit is able to operate in a dusty environment and has a lockable Enclosure with a large inspection glass.

The Drier Discharge Conveyor will be operating full time and Teas will get discharged to a Cross Conveyor, and it will convey Teas to the Automatic Weighing Conveyor as shown in the photograph. As soon as the Automatic Weighing Conveyor is fully fed, it will automatically stop, and also will stop the Cross Feed Conveyor and register the weight, start automatically, discharge the Teas and then restart the Cross Feed Conveyor. This is a non-stop automatic weighing system. All electronic items are either from Japan or Germany.

Made Tea pilferage could be completely avoided by having lockable covers on conveyors. The covers could be provided with clear plastic transparent sheets to watch the movement of Teas.

Weighing capacity could be 750 Kg Made Tea per hour. Accuracy is plus or minus 15gm per batch, and controls by German Siemens Shiwerex module with S7200 Programmable Logic Controller.
